Roasted coffee should be treated as living food

95% of roasted coffee in the world is old, still and death, roasted coffee should be treated as fresh living food and
looses the vitality and dies by a week.

After several trips to Bali, Asher Yaron finally decided to move there and follow his desire to create a local, organic,

sustainable business.

With Balinese coffee farmer friend I Nyoman Wirata, Asher created F.R.E.A.K., that is, “Fresh Roasted Enak (delicious in
Indonesian) Arabica from Kintamani,” which is involved in all aspects of the coffee business “from the cherry to the cup.”
Asher also has plans to use pure spring water from Kintamani to further improve the flavor of their coffee and return a
percentage of the profits to community projects in the Kintamani region. Asher’s upcoming venture: Coffee University.

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to
share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and
connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED
event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized.

Mengusung tagline ‘Best Meeting Place’, Mocari menyediakan beragam kopi. “Nama Mocari kami ambil dari plesetan kata ‘kalau mau cari tempat berkumpul dan minum kopi yang enak, ke Mocari Coffe’,” tutur Andreas Farozi Rusli, owner Mocari Coffe

Mocari Coffe menyediakan beragam kopi bercita rasa tinggi. Ada mocari ori, expresso, cappucino dan black americano coffee. Kopi tersebut terbuat dari blend mocari. Ada pulacoffe latte, coffee latte jelly, coffee latte boba, dan coffee latte rasa caramel, hazelnut danvanilla yang terbuat dari biji kopi asal Lampung.

Selain kopi seduh, Mocari juga menyediakan kopi bubuk merek Tawon. Kopi yang terbuat dari biji kopi pilihan ini merupakan resep keluarga Andreas. “Keluarga kami membuat kopi bubuk Tawon sejak turun temurun,” tutur Andreas.

Jika Anda pantang mengonsumsi kopi, boleh menjajal coklat. Ada blended coklat, choco mint, coklat coffee jelly, coklat karamel, vanilla dan hazelnut. Ada pula teh. Antara lainlemon tea, mocari teh tarik, mocari boba lychee tea, mocari milk tea, matcha green tea, milk tea taro, milk tea boba lychee, dan milk tea coffee jelly.

Untuk mengganjal perut, Mocari menyediakan menu mini lasagna, mini macroni, schotel, french fries, dan waffle. Jika ingin makanan agak berat tersedia siomay, lemper Yin & Yang, butter croissantdanish chocolate, dan chicken mushroom. Anda tertarik?
